Stephen Colbert has surfaced once again. The former Comedy Central host has popped up from time to time while waiting for his network debut. What he usually does is a bit promoting his new show that usually at least resembles what he was doing back on Comedy Central. This time, he takes on the detractors of the ruling, namely the four justices who dissented.
And yes, per usual – he owns them.
Colbert points out several of Chief Justice Roberts and Scalia’s “reasonings” in their written opinions. Then proceeds to tear each of them apart.
He also begs Scalia to come on his show after he’s done with him. You just gotta love Colbert’s “nerve.”

Colbert’s show will debut on September 8th on CBS. He will take the spot left open by David Letterman, who retired last month after a long and storied career.
