If there is anything that can raise the flaccid members of Republicans from their dormant states faster than 10 viagra and a Cialis drip, it’s the phrase “radical Islamic terrorists (RIT).” They seem to think that President Blakula refused to say it over and again because according to righties, it would have caused ISIS to surrender to SEAL Team 6, so they could get their waterboarding treatments at GITMO. Sure, when Obummer wasn’t burning American flags and pissing on bald eagles, he might have killed Osama Bin Laden — but it wasn’t a constitutional killing so it don’t count no ways.
According to the right, everyone who has ever loved the American flag knows that the phrase “Radical Islamic terrorism” makes said terrorists shit themselves from fear. Patriot Trump said it no less than 20 times a day, every single day of the campaign because it’s worse than cyanide and kryptonite to a terrorist. Every single time a patriot says it, terrorist evacuate their bowels from fear right before they kill themselves. That’s why Trump said it the first time he addressed congress, repeatedly:
You’d think in the home of fifteen of the 9/11 terrorists that the man who said RIT more than any other man alive would take the opportunity to kill at least 100 terrorists by repeating it in front of King Salman in Saudi Arabia. But if you thought Trump wasn’t the most reviled hypocrite the world has ever known, you’d be wrong.
Why oh why would Trump be so hesitant to finally utter the magic RIT words, that he said so often before and chastised President Obama endlessly for not saying? Trump was on record saying on CNN: “I think Islam hates us. There’s something there that — there’s a tremendous hatred there. There’s a tremendous hatred. We have to get to the bottom of it. There’s an unbelievable hatred of us.”
Surely in the birthplace of Islam, Trump would take the opportunity to tell the Saudis about this hatred? Well, not so fast there Johnny Redneck. You might be sick of all this “winning” Trump is delivering on repealing Obamacare and other stuff but after the New York Times revealed that Trump told the Russians that he told the Russians that Jim Comey was a “nut job,” Trump needed to improve the public discourse about that whole colluding with Russia/treason thing you all keep hoping will just go away.
Do you ever wonder if Trump would give back money to anyone when he is so fond of screwing anyone and everyone out of it? What Trump’s trip to the middle east has done this far is to prove yet again why there is no amount of hypocrisy that would ever offend a republican, so long as they are a card carrying member of Republican Club. Secondly, it’s to prove why some old white republican men should never try to dance, ever:
This week has had one bombshell after another. It was revealed this week that a senior member of this administration was a “person of interest” in a criminal investigation by the FBI. After it was revealed that Trump said beloved FBI director James Comey was a “nut job” to the Russians, it didn’t take long for that to leak either. It’s been said that this person is Jared Kushner. The allegations are that he also colluded with the Russians during the election and failed to disclose meetings he had with Russian operatives. If true, Kushner could end up following his father into Club Fed.
The biggest bombshell this week is the one Republicans hope will just fade from the public consciousness after they muddy up the waters with everything they can. The New York Times dropped the biggest bomb this week when someone leaked the transcripts of Trump’s meeting with the Russians.
“I just fired the head of the F.B.I. He was crazy, a real nut job,” Mr. Trump said, according to the document, which was read to The New York Times by an American official. “I faced great pressure because of Russia. That’s taken off.”
If there was any uncertainty that Trump’s reason for firing Comey was anything but his refusal to let the Russian investigation just go away, Trump removed that doubt. What Republicans know but are afraid to say out loud is that Trump admitted to obstructing justice. Clearly, they hope to say Trump was ignorant of the law and that he was merely trying to do what was best for the country, just as Nixon did when he fired Archibald Cox. Trump keeps denying that he fired Comey because of the investigation into his collusion with Russia but who are you going to believe, Trump or your lying eyes?
